What to expect

Each therapy session lasts for 50 minutes and will be held via an online platform (Zoom, VooV etc) or telephone on a weekly basis.

The therapy sessions can be short-term, long-term or open-ended, the duration of the therapy depends on your goals and needs. I offer regular review sessions to help you check therapy progress and determine the length of therapy that best suits you.

I offer therapy in English and Mandarin.

New to therapy?

Taking the first step to reach out for therapy is not always easy. You might be nervous or scared, and it’s okay. It takes courage to reach out for therapy, especially when you are at your most vulnerable.

If you have thought about starting therapy, it could be the initial signal that you want take care of your own mental wellness. I invite you to take the next step and get in touch with me. I will facilitate and accompany you throughout this journey.

You might have never had therapy before and not sure how therapy works. You might want to try therapy again, but not sure whether I would be the ‘right’ therapist for you. Don’t worry, for new clients, I offer 25 minutes of free consultation. In this session, we can discuss your goals, expectations and preferences, as well as address any enquiries or concerns you may have regarding therapy.
