I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor / Psychotherapist and a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

I have experience working with depression, anxiety, burnout, isolation, family relations, sexual abuse, diversity issues, cultural considerations and identity crisis.

At With You Therapy, I provide a safe and non-judgemental space for you to process. It is a space that is dedicated to your well-being. I am here to help you to gain more self-understanding, enhance your self-belief and find your balance.

I go at your pace and respect your preferences. Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current issues and setting your therapy goals. I will adapt to your style as the therapy process progresses, and gently facilitate you to identify obstacles and achieve your unique goals.

Therapy is not limited to just talking. At With You Therapy, I will be guiding you through various expressive medias that best suit you. I will help you process various issues using creative explorations such as painting, sculptures and dreams.
